Randi Picarello ran a successful Main Street Business for ten years, which was built from the ground up.
As Randi’s business grew, she knew that creating an efficient operations model was crucial to her success, while recruting, training and retaining the right employees.
After successfully selling her business, she became a creator and Founding Director of the Business Council of Greater Montgomery amassing over 100 paid members in its first 18 months amid a pandemic.
Randi is very much part of the community as she is involved with the Village Preservation Committee, Patterns for Progress, and local Chambers of Commerce.
